When you are thinking about buying or selling a house, it can be hard to pick the agent that you want to work with. There are an awful lot of us to choose between, and at the start you may not even know what qualities you are looking for. In my experience, the most important thing is to find an agent you trust who you feel comfortable talking to. Even the smoothest transactions can have stressful moments, and you need to know that you can turn to your agent for sound advice at any time.

It's also good to find an agent who has plenty of experience to guide you through the process, who pays attention to the many small details of the contract that protect your investment, and who brings a positive and problem-solving attitude to the process.  (As a fully-licensed Real Estate Broker, not just a salesperson, I promise to take good care of you!)  And while real estate is a serious business, you might also think about finding someone who can help you laugh & relax during your real estate adventures. Once you pick an agent, you'll be spending a lot of time together - wouldn't it be nice to actually enjoy that time?
